Game Story:

Every child wants to show that they are strong, brave, and grown up. But sometimes, innocent promises can turn into a trap.

 

In this short game, you play as a baby who wants to climb to the very top of the playground climbing frame. Why? Because an adult man told you a secret: at the top, there is a special building with all the candy you could ever want.

 

You are innocent, you want the candy, and you want to prove that you are big enough, so you start to climb. But as you go higher and higher, the ground disappears under your feet and the game becomes darker. You will soon realize that growing up too fast has a terrifying price.

Controls:

• Movement: A/D keys
• Jump: Space key (If you hold down the space bar, the baby will jump higher.)
• When the game becomes 3D: W/A/S/D keys, Mouse for viewing

At the end of the game, the "Reaper" catches the baby no matter what you do. This is a dark metaphor for the reality of the story. The climbing frame and the sweet promises of candy were just a trap. The adult man used the baby's innocence to kidnap them. The ending symbols suggest that our character was unfortunately trapped, and this man has likely done the exact same thing to many other children and babies before.
